BFinServ Insurnace Marketing (OPC) Private Limited Company, is planning to commence its business in Insurance, Mutual Funds Distribution and Financial services in the year 2023.
BFinServ IM (OPC) P Ltd. (BFinServ) - will be registered as an IMF I.e. Insurance Marketing Firm under Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India. (IRDA of India, The Insurance Regulator).
BFinserv will also be getting registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor.
Initially BFinServ will be offering Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, National Pension Schemes.
Currently BFinServ Insurance Marketing (OPC) Pvt Ltd is Incorporated under Companies act as an One Person Private Limited Company with a vision to provide more jobs for the younger generation and train more people in Insurance, Mutual Funds and other financial services Sector. BFinServ is also registered as a MSMe under Udhayam Registration of the government.
Balakrishnan B, Managing Director & CEO
Balakrishnan B., at the age of 59 years had a vision to give back to the society by way of entering Mutual Fund Distribution and Insurance Consultancy. In the year 2020 he started his business as an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund distributor. In 2022, he decided to convert his business from an Individual set up to Corporate. This vision gave raise to BFinServ Insurance Marketing (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
He has been a successful Family man and father of two beautiful children. He has more than 30+ years of experience in General Insurance, Reinsurance and Reinsurance Broking. He worked with United India Insurance company before going to Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. His Domain experience is Retrocession and Reinsurance.
He is a Registered AMFI Qualified Mutual Fund Distributor. He holds various Certificates from Financial Planning Standard Board Of India, an affiliate of FPSB, USA. Apart from this he also an Associate Member of Insurance Institute of India in General Insurance. Holds PG Diploma, Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute, UK.
Kasiviswanathan B, Marketing Director
He has nearly 40+ years of experience in India and Bahrain. He holds Masters Degree in Commerce.
He had worked with TTK Group of Companies in their Health Care Division, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
In Bahrain he started with Technical Trading Company. Later moved to their start up in full fledged furniture company. He was involved in the building up of the company and was involved in all areas of the Technical operations and Sales. After working for nearly 15 years again he moved to another start up. This was a big break through in his career. Danube, a Dubai based, building material company was looking to expand in GCC. In Bahrain he was chosen as their Operations Manager to lead and build the company from abinitio, to be the leading supplier of building materials in Kingdom of Bahrain. He won many prestigious Employee awards from the company, recognising his hard work. He was well know in corporate circles and Indian Diaspora for his honest and selfless services to the society.
